Advent Master Eubulon
Advent Master/Eubulon is the creator of the Kamen Riders and
the respective Technology. He created the advent void so that when a rider was
seriously hurt and defeated in battle they would have a safe place to exist
instead of dying for good.
He can vent or unvent a rider. He also is able to
assign rider powers to anyone, not just those who were initially assigned or
with an exact D.N.A. match.
He can exist in human form or in a Kamen Rider like
armoured state. However he is not from Ventara and is not human. He is from a planet called Karsh, the same as Xaviax. Xaviax led a war against the south but in the process turned Karsh into a wasteland and so they had to recruit people from Ventara to rebuild it using teleportation devices. Seeing how evil this would be Eubulon turned against the plan and thus the battle with Xaviax began so he built the Kamen Rider technology and used the best of the best on Ventara to battle the forces of Xaviax. Xaviax was once Eubulon's leader.
Master Eubulon is played by Mark Dacoscos. Many of you remember him from the Double Dragon Movie and dancing With The Stars. He also appeared in the movie Alien Agent with Emma Lahana from Power Rangers Dino Thunder.
