General Xaviax

Xaviax is in many ways like the devil. He takes on different forms and appears to people in different ways. He is very manipulative and always gets what he wants. Xaviax is a general from the planet Karsh where he led a great war where all the planet's inhabitants were destroyed. He took over Ventara to have the inhabitants rebuild Karsh. Eubulon disagreed with the tactics and created the Kasmen Riders and technologies to stop Xaviax and prevent Earth from being taken over and suffering the fate of the Ventarans. Xaviax was eventually defeated by the Kamen Riders after a long war with Wing Knight and the others.
